Published CSAE standards

  • SameHive prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, coercion, and any attempt to endanger a minor.
  • SameHive prohibits child sexual abuse material, including visual depictions or generated imagery involving minors in sexually explicit conduct.
  • SameHive is intended for adults only where required by local law and does not permit minors to use adult-only social discovery features.
  • Accounts, profiles, chats, media, venue behavior, or links connected to CSAE or CSAM may be removed and escalated.

Reporting and feedback mechanisms

  • Members can use in-app report and block controls on profiles, chats, and eligible safety surfaces.
  • Anyone can submit a web report at /report, including people who do not have app access.
  • Child safety concerns can also be sent to child-safety@samehiveapp.com.
  • For immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.

CSAM handling and legal compliance

SameHive may remove content, restrict accounts, preserve relevant evidence, and cooperate with valid legal processes where required. SameHive may report apparent CSAM or child exploitation to appropriate authorities or designated reporting organizations where legally required or permitted.

Do not upload or resend suspected CSAM through support forms. Report enough context for SameHive to identify the account or content while avoiding unnecessary redistribution.

Child safety point of contact

SameHive maintains a child safety contact channel at child-safety@samehiveapp.com. This channel is for CSAE, CSAM, grooming, sextortion, exploitation, and child safety compliance inquiries.
