What to include
- For app issues, include platform, app version, device model, and steps to reproduce.
- For billing issues, include the store platform, purchase date, and receipt or order ID if available.
- For account access, include the login method and account email if you know it.
- For safety reports, include profile, chat, venue, approximate time, and what happened.
Common requests
- Report abuse or safety risk for profiles, chats, venues, impersonation, spam, scams, or child safety.
- Premium and billing for cancellation, restore purchase, credits, refunds, and subscriptions.
