Rules for using SameHive.
These terms define the relationship between SameHive and members who use the app, website, help center, safety tools, and paid features.

Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally eligible to use SameHive in your location and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for account security and all activity under your account.
Acceptable use
- Follow the Community Guidelines and all applicable laws.
- Do not impersonate others, scrape the service, spam users, sell access, or interfere with product integrity.
- Do not use SameHive to harass, threaten, exploit, deceive, or endanger anyone.
- Do not upload, solicit, distribute, promote, or facilitate child sexual abuse material, child sexual abuse or exploitation, grooming, sextortion, or attempts to endanger minors.
Paid features
Premium subscriptions and credits may be offered through the App Store or Google Play. Store terms, cancellation flows, taxes, refunds, and payment rules may apply in addition to SameHive product rules.
Moderation and termination
SameHive may review content and account activity, remove content, limit visibility, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve records, and take other action when needed for safety, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or platform integrity.
Service changes
Features can change by city, platform, account standing, rollout stage, and availability. SameHive may update the service, policies, pricing, or terms when needed.
