Product scope
- SameHive is a venue-aware social discovery service, not a health, medical, wellness, diagnosis, or treatment service.
- Members should not submit medical records, diagnosis details, insurance information, biometric health data, or sensitive health documents unless legally required for a specific support request.
- SameHive does not sell consumer health data.
If health-related information is submitted
- Health-related information may appear if a member includes it in a profile, chat, support request, report, appeal, or safety context.
- SameHive may process that information only as needed for support, safety, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or account integrity.
- SameHive may delete, restrict, or de-identify such information when it is no longer needed for a permitted purpose.
