Manage your SameHive privacy choices.
This public page explains how members can access, correct, delete, and manage privacy settings for SameHive.
Legal review statusThis policy language is implementation-ready draft content. Final production publication should be reviewed by qualified counsel for the jurisdictions where SameHive operates.
Account data choices
- Access or export eligible account data through in-app settings where available or by submitting a privacy request.
- Correct account, profile, photo, prompt, preference, and contact details in the app where available.
- Delete your account in-app or through the public deletion page at /delete-account.
- Submit privacy requests through /data-rights or by emailing privacy@samehiveapp.com.
Permissions and device controls
- Location permission can be managed in iOS or Android system settings.
- Notification preferences can be changed in the app and in device notification settings.
- Camera or photo access can be changed in device settings; some profile features may require permission.
- Advertising, analytics, or tracking preferences may be available through device privacy settings, cookie consent controls, or in-app settings depending on rollout.
Safety and visibility choices
- Use block, report, decline, incognito, blur, and Buffer Zone controls where available.
- Review venue check-in and discovery settings before using location-based features.
- Use report tools for safety concerns; privacy controls do not replace safety reporting.
Limits
Some choices may be limited by safety, fraud prevention, billing, tax, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or abuse investigation requirements. SameHive may need to verify account ownership before acting on a request.
