SameHive expects members, partners, and external parties to respect copyright, trademarks, brand assets, and platform content rights.

SameHive assets
- The SameHive name, seal, wordmark, product surfaces, copy, and design assets are protected brand materials.
- Do not use SameHive assets in a way that implies sponsorship, partnership, endorsement, or official status without written permission.
- Do not copy, scrape, reproduce, or commercialize SameHive product content except as permitted by law or written agreement.
Member content
- Members are responsible for having rights to the photos, text, and content they upload.
- Do not upload copyrighted, trademarked, private, or impersonating content you do not have permission to use.
- SameHive may remove content that appears to violate intellectual property rights or Community Guidelines.
Takedown requests
Send intellectual property concerns to support@samehiveapp.com with Intellectual Property in the subject. Include the work, the alleged infringement, ownership details, contact information, and a good-faith statement.
