How do I cancel Premium?
Cancel from the App Store or Google Play account that made the purchase. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel a subscription.

Open SameHive, go to Settings > Premium or Billing, and choose Restore purchase while signed into the same store account.
How do I request a refund?
Use Apple's or Google Play's refund process. SameHive support can help locate account context, but store purchases are usually refunded by the store.
