Manage Apple, Google, and email login methods, recover account access, and keep credentials secure.
Sign-in methods
- Use the same sign-in method you used when creating your SameHive account.
- Apple sign-in may hide your relay email depending on your Apple settings.
- Google sign-in uses the Google account selected during registration.
- Email and password login requires access to the registered email inbox.
Account recovery
- Use Forgot password from the app login screen if you registered with email and password.
- If you forgot the email, contact support with your display name, phone model, approximate signup date, and any purchase receipt IDs.
- Do not create multiple accounts to bypass a login or moderation issue.
Linking methods
- When available in-app, add a backup login method from Settings > Account > Login methods.
- For security, SameHive may require an active session before adding or removing a login method.
FAQ
I signed up with Apple. Can I log in with email and password?
Only if you added email/password as a login method in your account settings. Otherwise, continue with Apple or contact support.
How do I connect my Google account?
Open Settings > Account > Login methods in the app and choose Google when the linking option is available.
What should I do if I forgot my password?
Use Forgot password on the login screen. If you do not receive an email, check spam and confirm you are using the registered address.
I used Hide My Email with Apple. Which email should I use?
If Apple created a private relay address, continue signing in with Apple. Support may ask for account context instead of your real email to verify ownership.
Can I have more than one SameHive account?
Do not create multiple accounts to bypass login, payment, block, report, or moderation issues. Duplicate or evasive accounts may be restricted.
Why do I need an active session to link a login method?
Login linking changes account access, so SameHive may require you to be signed in and verified before adding or removing Apple, Google, or email methods.
I lost access to my email. What should I send support?
Include your display name, approximate signup date, device model, login method, purchase receipt IDs if any, and a safe email where support can reach you.
Can SameHive support tell me my password?
No. Support cannot view or send your password. Use the password reset flow or your original Apple or Google sign-in method.
