Delete your SameHive account and associated data.
This is SameHive's public account deletion request page for App Store and Google Play review, members who cannot access the app, and privacy requests.
In-app deletion path
- Open SameHive and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Go to Settings > Account > Delete account.
- Review the deletion notice and confirm the request.
- Follow any verification steps needed to protect account security.
Web deletion request
If you cannot access the app, submit the account deletion form below. Include the login method, account email, SameHive user ID if available, and enough detail for SameHive to verify account ownership. SameHive may request additional verification before processing deletion.

Before you delete
- Deleting the SameHive app from your device does not delete your account.
- Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription.
- Cancel active subscriptions from the store account that made the purchase.
- After deletion is processed, you may lose access to chats, profile content, purchase-linked app state, and data export options.
Data usually deleted
- Profile details, photos, prompts, and public profile content.
- Venue check-in history and discovery preferences tied to the account.
- Chat access and account-level settings where deletion is technically possible.
- Marketing preferences and support identifiers tied to the deleted account.
Data that may be retained temporarily
SameHive may retain limited records when required for safety, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, billing, tax, legal compliance, platform integrity, or abuse investigation. Retained records are limited to the purpose that requires retention and are deleted or de-identified when no longer needed.
